Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post. I'm trying to figure out something here... so here is the story....

Bought a aw m3 lip spoiler from e92-lightning on feb 20th money sent via paypal on feb 20th.

Sent him a message on March 3rd asking him when hes going to ship the spoiler. Got a replied saying its going to leave the warehouse in two days.

Sent him a message on March 8th to see the status of the spoiler. Got a replied saying the paint will be fully dry on March 9th.

Sent him ANOTHER message on march 13th and finally got a replied back today with the tracking number but the package is coming from TAIWAN? I thought he was located in Southern California and He shipped it out via FEDEX instead of USPS like he said on his thread.

I feel your pain and this is something that bothers me to no end. If you don't have the product in your warehouse or you have to order it and you know it won't ship WHEN YOU SAY IT WILL, just be honest and upfront with us.

This isn't directed at E92Lighting, but at every vendor.

Still waiting on my painted reflectors/kidney grille/mtec bulbs as well. Ordered on the 1st of this month, last week they said it would be shipped in "2 days" then I called the other day and they said it will "go out" on Tuesday. No tracking email yet, and the order still says "Process" on the site.

i feel ya, e92-lighting was the first vendor i ordered from when i got my car, and it was the worst experience i have had. didnt get replys to 90% of my emails,

4 bulbs in my interior kit didnt work, i asked him to send replacements, i havent seen anything and i probably wont, the guys an idiot and has no idea how to run a business.

Yeah It sucks, They reply fast when you want to buy something, but almost never reply when there's a problem...all vendors in general...
