Weird Alarm Problem/Question

I got my car and bought my alarm. Did the install myself. Ive had it installed for about a week. I thought it wasnt working (cant test it waiting for dome light cover to come in with slots). So the 3rd time I used the car I park it in the drive way and locked the doors. Well 10 seconds later my siren starts going off. Im like ok maybe it is working. Well now the problem is 30% of the time when I lock my car the alarm goes off like 15-20 seconds later. I cant figure out why its doing it?? Anyone have any ideas?? Chris

Anyone have any kind of manual for this thing?? I find it bs that nothing is supplied!! How do you turn it off if there is a problem with it?

You need to have it programmed by the dealer....unfortunately they will probably charge you 150 - 250(1-1.5 hrs) to get you reprogrammed.

Since you're there and also paying for the programming, may as well get them to do the software update also.
