H&R Race Springs/ Aligment questions
Just bought a set of H&R Race springs for my E90 335i. Question for anyone that had them installed: Did you have to get an alignment after they were installed? I just got the car aligned last week and found a good deal on these springs a couple days ago so I couldn't resist. So it would suck to have the car re-aligned if you know what I mean. LOL.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, def. do an alignment after a drop. However, I would ride the car for maybe 1-2 weeks before alignment. You want the springs to settle to where they should be at.

Does the place warranty alignments? Maybe they'll do it again for free?
But yeah, get an alignment asap. I didn't for a few months after my suspension install and the tires all wore completely down on the inner edge. Thank goodness they were already pretty worn anyway. |

I hear so Many bad things about the HR springs. Can you give me some uplifting things about the springs. I really want my car lowered but $1000 coilovers aren't worth it. What issues am I going to have with these springs?

yes definitely let us know...give us some insight on how they feel. Cause I just installed my eibach pro kit on stock dampers and seems like it dropped very minimal which is sort of what I wanted...but seems like the fronts dropped at different amounts. from the ground to the top of fender the front passenger measures 25.25 while the driver front is 25.5-25.75...seems to change everything I drive on it. Can anyone tell me if they will settle to the same height? I am driven already 500 miles on the springs.

It can take a couple weeks for them to fully settle. Maybe another week or so? Have you gotten aligned yet?
