The guy selling me bumper does not have idea how to ship to Canada, lol

From what i can tell Greyhound would be the cheapeast, then UPS and FEDEX are tied. But I would go with Fedex they are better then UPS if done right.

There is another company called DB Shenker.

They are by far the best and you save big on brokerage cost.
Generally packages are shipped to pearson airport and you can clear it yourself saving the brokerage cost.

never done a custom clear before, how hard is it?

Not hard at all. They will direct you to the cargo location where you pick up some papers. You then drive to the customs office (1 min drive) and pay your duties etc.

Customs will sign the papers off and then you go back to DB Shenker's cargo bay and show them the papers. After that your package is cleared and you can either pick it up right away or get them to deliver it to your place.
