Here is a link that should help you.... http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=45158

So lemme get this straight. Youre 16 and your license comes to you in 55 days. So you have no driving experience except for being in a car with your gym teacher and two sets of brakes. You are trying to pre-mod a car you dont have yet without any information about how to do it.
Um yeah, you wont have the car long enough to keep modding it. Im not really a negative person but I give you 23 days with the car until its destroyed.

my god where do you get that kind of money and toys?!
i'm 18 and i don't even get my E90 on a full time basis! sure it's fine to buy mods beforehand if you know they fit and they work and it's always good to make sure by asking here. not trying to sound like an ass or anything but searching really is a great tool here. Most questions have already been answered and the exhaust media thread is also a great source. It made me go from "I can live with Ikon" to "I NEED the Eisenmann." i also suggest being very careful with your car since you haven't driven it yet. i hope you don't try anything silly and see you around at some meet someday! |

Depends on whatever shop you bring it to charges.
BTW - You originally came onto this forum when you were 14 and you seriously wonder why you got called out back then. Now youre still having a hard time getting called out. If you cant figure this out quickly, youre going to have a hard life. Even harder considering the english language hasnt taken hold yet.

I dunno about San Jose, but in my area, just going to any autoshop, big or small, they have the equipment and skills to do it. If you're worried about who is more skilled at it or where the best place to go, go to the California Region forums and post the question! Or maybe you should try a search and see if there's already posts about this :rocks: |

hey guys, age is not an issue. I start learn to drive at 15 and got my license the day after my 16th birthday. Still remember I didn't know how to drive but wanted to drive fast. At that time I've got an Audi A4 2.8 Quattro, I changed my rims, added a spoiler and changed the air filter right away. I admit I was more dangerous than others when i was driving but I didn't hit any car until last year when I was 25 when I started to drive in HK and adapting the right hand steer and my father's van. Sense comes to me when i drive fast, I also want to drive back home safe.
Keep it up khoda355! Good luck. Drive fast but be safe. You are young and so you can feel how to drive instead of learn how to drive. I've posted in the forum some time ago that in HK, when I got my 330i, I raced with EVO9, Boxster, Skyline and some other cars even Rose Royce and I won all the matches. People here never believed me. So you don't need to care about others, just do things in your way! |
