Did you ever buy parts at 'Tischer BMW'? How was the service?

Hi guys!

I'm planning to buy some parts at Tischer BMW. I noticed that they don't accept phone calls. You can ONLY reach them through email. I need your feedback regarding your experience with them.

Awesome! I think they are probably the most frequented dealer on the internet. They have great prices and excellent service. I think two of the internet sales guys are on this board as well.

Very good service. I bought wheels from them. They shipped me the wrong wheels but they rectified it very quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.

They have tons of experience doing internet orders by now. They have good enough prices but your getting OEM so you have to consider that. Their prices also beat local dealers with their markup so they keep you coming back to Tischer. There will be some wait, its not like ordering from some internet parts warehouse but fast enough.

I called and asked for internet parts a couple of times in the past. Because they have limited staff, some times they aren't immediately available.

Just received my order from them the other day, great service. Placed order on Feb 17 and reveived an email on Feb 23 with tracking number and to tell me my iteams had been shipped. Received my order on Mar 3rd. Wouldnt hesitate to order with them again.

How long did you have to wait? When you put your order in and the time you got the parts?

I bought my LCI trunk from before xmas and received great customer service. I did a rear Pre-LCI to LCI conversion and had many questions about what parts I needed. Evan at Tischer answered all of them and was very courteous and knowledgeable!

I had my first order shipped to Canada and there was a mixup, Evan noticed right away. Shipped the correct part for no extra charge and told me to keep the incorrect part as it was not worth sending back. Good guys and easy to deal with. No question they will be the first place i order from next time.

They may take a while to respond to an email (especially if it's something not pertaining to an order) but their service is top nitch.
