11500km (Bought back in February 2010)

Zero issues with HPFP (will gladly provide all servicing documentation which btw has all been done at BMW Toronto - purchased car at T&C though)

Asking $50k

I have winters and summers for my bimmer. 17" RFT winters and 19" style 313summers on michelin PS2s.

I'm basically looking to buy a new/used M3 so ideally, I would like to sell this car using BMW as the middle man so I can use the proceeds to pay off the outstanding lien on my car (effectively a "trade-in") and then buy my M3

Manual or automatic?
If it's financed though BMW Financial, you might want looking at finance takeover. What are your payments, downpayment, baloon payment if any, etc?

it's 6MT - neglected to put that in my initial post. my bad.

My monthly payments are 976.31
Balloon payment at the end of the 4 years is around $30-35 (will get back to you on that)
I put down between 3.5-5 (will get back to you on that as well)
I did owner's financing at 3.9%

would you be interested in taking over my financing?
