European Delivery

If I arrange to pick up my car through European delivery, can I pick a U.S. spec car? I would like a RWD Touring but they aren't sold at Canadian dealers.

To my knowledge, and I'm 90% sure on this, no.

No US spec car can be bought thru dealers even with ZED (EU delivery).
