Track front brake pads rattle like crazy when not braking

I have Performance Carbon 01's for the track and when I put them on they rattle like crazy when not braking. I have slotted rotors now on the front and I guess the slots make them rattle around more in the calipers since they fit a little loose and they don't have the clips on the back like the stock pads do to help keep them off the rotors.

Anything I can do to stop the rattling so bad? Some shims or adhesive something?

The rattling would be caused from the pad not having the spring clip that keeps the pad on the caliper piston.

I would suggest you call the place you bought your pads from and see what they can do to help you.

Swap back to OEM pads when not on track.

I do. I just put on new rotors and have a track day Monday so I put on track pads so I didn't have to bed street pads... then swap everything and bed track pads 2 days later.
