ECS Metal Skidplate????

I have a 328i, has anyone seen these on an e90 to confirm that they fit? It looks like its audi/vw parts, was just making sure that this fits a 328i sedan.

interesting, wonder if it would be a PITA to do an oil change. Also, on one hand it adds weight over the front wheels, but it also lowers your center of gravity.
