Will 162's fit e46?

My neighbor has been asking if I will sell him my 162's when and if my Volk's ever get here. I was going to keep them but I am thinking of giving in. I already have another stack of OEM wheels in my garage collecting dust.

I have two questions:

Will 162's fit an e46? (I am not sure of e46 non M offsets)

What have 162's been selling for? (2200 miles on tires)

I thought of that but I want to try to make a deal first. He is the type who will probably want me to help him put them on his car to see if they will fit and then look at it for a while before he decides if he wants them or not. ....I would rather know if they will fit before hand but if I have to try them to find out I guess I will.

My friend and I put my 162s on his lowered E36 M3. The fit tight but no rubbing, looked awesome too
