Ride quality with 2011 M Sport dampers and lowering springs

It seems that the general consensus is that H&R and Eibach are the ways to go for lowering springs. Has anyone lowered their cars using one of these two on the new 2011 suspension. I understand that there's a newer Sach's damper for the '11 models. Can someone comment on the ride quality versus stock? Thanks.

Is it a full coilover kit? I was actually wondering about people who have kept their stock shocks and only used lowering springs.

But I'm still interested in hearing your review.
