No. 1 Auto in Vancouver or Richmond?

I called up AutoWest to see if they take Canadian Direct claims and they handle only ICBC cases. Was advised that they use No. 1 Autobody though.
Just wondering if anyone has gone to the Vancouver location of No.1 Autobody as that location is closest to my house. Canadian Direct suggested Bavara Auto Haus in Langley but that is heckuva distance to go.

Garage List
2017 BMW M2  [0.00]
ive had my car done there b4. Their prices tends to be pricey and they don't do a good job either

If it's covered by the insurance, go to the best shop you can find.
No.1 Collision is ok, but my experience is that they don't pay attention to details.
Go to Korva. They handle Lambos, Porsches and every car you can name over $200k..
But only when it is entirely covered.

Another vote for Korvo, I've been there twice and the outcome is really good. I used to go to No. 1 collision, but the last time I went there 5 years ago wasn't really good.

yeah, Korva is the best. They also back up their work.
I went there for some minor thing on the bumper after over a year later.
They just fixed it right away without even checking whether it is their fault or not.

I've had custom stuff done by No 1 in Vancouver about 4 years ago and had no issues with them. They put on and painted a UK left door handle and painted my front lip and they were perfect. Maybe my experience was a fluke?!

I am not saying they are bad. No.1 Collision is also an excellent bodyshop.
But, can keep up with Korva..
Watching what they fix is mind-blowing.
I saw the naked Lambo... which was very cool.

Out of curiosity, what if someone brings a crashed Honda civic to Korvo? Can they deny services to certain cars and accept only 'high-end' cars?

Well, they do need reservation for the service and sometimes it takes more than a month.
If the space opens up, I don't see why they would deny.
After all, labour charge is still same as Lambo's
