E90 - Swap the Euro clear reflector from a hologen?

Could you not just pick up a cheap setup euro halogens, open them up, pull out the clear reflector and put them into your adaptive Xenons?

Sounds like a good idea but the surgery would be risky.

simple answer - you cant open the headlights (without major risks of ruining them)

*slaps head* ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

the rate-limiting step in this whole process is the next-to-impossible task of opening up the xenon headlight assembly, unless you meant using the clear reflector from the euro halogen, and just stick it on top of your headlight, in that case, that's ghetto to the max

I believe the clear reflector is not exactly the same in the Halogen unit and the Xenon unit.

So...even if you were able to get them open without destroying them, you can't just swap the reflectors.
