Don't think you should have a problem. I'm running 8.5 up front and 9.5 in the back and haven't had one bit of rubbing. Stock suspension.

Hm... Didn't read the offset. No idea on that. Mine are ET35.

Proper sizing is a 19x8.5 ET35 and 19x9.5 ET33 with a 235/35/19 and 265/30/19. That will sit flush with the fender and not cause rubbing issues.

Reason i asked was theres a set for sale in the UK but i think they are advertised for E90's but i dont think im gonna take the chance even tho they are a very nice wheel.

They will easily fit, but will be really tucked in and not look cool at all.

19x8.5 +35 all the way around can work but it will look sunken in the rear. You'll want to throw at least a 12-15mm spacer for a more flush fitment.
