Everyone knows about the blow by issues that the N54 has. I did plenty of research on the forums and everyone suggests a catch can...thus i began my search. went to multiple different vendors and sites and the prices were all over the place. Landed upon **********s...saw that they had the BSH CC that i wanted...WITH FREE SHIPPING...however at the same time found another site that was about $13 cheaper...

Now im not one to grumble able money but if i can save a few bucks, why not. But at the same time, i want reassurance of my order. So i contact **********s for a possible price match.

I got an very friendly email from Ron within 20 MINUTES!

He said that they would be glad to price match it (+1 there) He gave me to option to call up or make a note in the comments if i buy it online. I have them a call, Alan picked up and i asked to speak to Ron, told him my name and reason for calling and he connected me right over (+1 again).

Ron was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a brief overview of why catch cans are important and told me about some threads here on the forums (+1) Ron processed my very quickly. I asked him how long the shipping would take (given that i am in MD) and he gave me an approx estimate. He said that he would do his best to try to get it shipped out today. (+1) He said that they have the Catch Can in stock always (+1) and on top of that, he said he would walk my order over to try to get everything process so it would ship out today! (+1111111)

All in all it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I have never received feedback so fast from a vendor via email. (20 minutes, come on that great!

Ron was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very quick. I would recommend him and **********s any day.
