gas pedal....adaptive tranmission?

So i went to get my car service at the dealership and they re-program my car. Pretty much everything was reset in my car. When i started to drive it, im hitting the gas pedal and its slowing picking up. im flooring the gas and its not pulling hard, there some sort of delay...

can some1 help?

I have the same problem on my 328i..
