Who or where can I buy and install parts in Calgary? I know Tunerworks is a good choice (but expensive) is there other options? There's also Motorwerkes but anyone else?

I don't mind buying from US but shipping and customs usually kill any savings to be had.

Sheni's Auto trend is an excellent choice, especially for mechanicals. Sheni was a BMW mechanic in the UK, then shop foreman for Downton BMW in Toronto before moving to Calgary and opening up his own shop. He is often recommended by BMW Club members (old school).
