Updated iDrive buttons

Does anyone know if this will be applied to a car that will be produced in the 9th week? After all, the week 9 does include March 1 and 2.

Maybe you will get two of the buttons...

I read on another thread that they might start march production changes that week so you will be in the clear. If not, at least you will get your car earlier than the march production people!

Doubtful. My guess is they will start "March" production with the first full week of March, being week 10. Also, there is no guarantee what day of the week your car would be assembled.

If anything, it could be any car that BEGINS production on March 1...

My guess is just as worthless as anyone's I suppose. I just know I'm scheduled for week 10!

The funny thing is that mine was scheduled for Week 11 production. Then BMW decided to do start production in week 9!

Just some thoughts for what they're worth: I believe that your dealer should be able to change to a later allocation. And of course, if you have iPod/USB or HD Radio in your order that should force it to March production.
