Attn: Jason or Evan from Tisher BMW, got a problem with my order

Attn: Jason or Evan,

I placed a order for air duct for my oem performance front bumper. My invoice is 616921. I just received my order today and the scoops are the for the same side. The parts number are correct on the bag but it is clear that they are for the same side. I would love to hear from someone considering i have been waiting 2-3 weeks to get this part since it was a special order part. I would love a phone call but your guys number says you need a email to get a hold of you. Now I need to get the fix. I have been waiting a long time to get something that is messed up.

u should instant message them through AIM .... they did the same exact thing to me TWICE.... but they will send u a replacement

I did, they were both off line and I emailed already. Better question, is how long did it take for you to get a replacement?

Donnie Mitchell got in contact with me and a replacement item is on order. Now yet again, its the waiting game.

It's clearly a mispackaged item from BMW...and they are backordered to Germany at this time. We have no control over issues like this...but we'll still order and ship a replacement as quickly as possible. Thank you!

update: 1/24/2011
Received my replacement scoop and it was wrong again. Now I have three driver side scoops. Ready sent a email to get these fixed. Waiting game, yet again.

update: 1/31/2011
Received another replacement scoop and this time it is the correct one I need it.

So just a follow up:
Order my parts on 12/16/10
Est. time is 2-3 weeks, since it was a special order from Germany. So est. time of arrival at the 3 week mark 1/7/11.

Received order on 1/10/11
Order was labeled correct but mis-packed wrong.

Received replacement part on 1/24/11
Order was received wrong again. Another replacement sent out.

Received another replacement part on 1/31/11
Order was received correct this time. Returned other two pieces back to getbmwparts.com

So after a long wait time and wrong order received wrong twice, finally received the correct part.

Donnie Mitchell helped me out from when the first issue came up. Jason followed up with me last week just to make sure someone was helping me out.

Take this experience as you will, but this was mine with them.
