ALPINE - What is going on with my order?
Leo/Alex, or anyone else that works for Alpine,
What is going on with my order? I have been extremely patient, but when i dont get any replies from anyone, what am i suppose to do? I have waited almost 4 weeks for a tracking number. No HID's in the mail, and no response from anyone associated with Alpine regarding where my replacements are. Obviously PM's and emails are not getting the point across. I guess going public might get your attention. So how exactly does the warranty process work then? I dont want to start a war with a sponsor, but i am not getting anywhere with you guys. I have sent emails to all the emails listed above, waited a week... no replys. No PM's replied either. Why is it so hard to come up with a tracking number? If you never shipped my replacements yet, i want to send them back and i want a refund. These are great HID's but they dont work.
