Hi fellow E90 and E92 owners. I'm reaching out to see if anyone has a similar noise issue. I have a 2010 6spd E82 and have been experiencing electronical whirling/beep sound in the driver's cabin. It's a faint beep and then goes away for 2-3 seconds and the beep comes back. I can hear it when idling or waiting for next song. Another description of the sound is when you make a call to someone and waiting for them to pick up the phone. Again, a faint sound and not overly loud.

The beep can also be heard when I'm driving at low speed. At high speed it's difficult to hear because of road noise. You can't hear the beep outside or anyone else in the car except the driver's side. If the car sits overnight and I drive in the morning, you can hear the beep after the car warms up. It doesn't do it for the 1st 5-10 mins. Any thoughts? I'm taking to a tech next week and would like to present some ideas.
