Help with my lease

Hello everybody: This is the car I ordered
3.0 liter, 6-cylinder engine with TwinPower Turbo technology
Rear-wheel drive
See all standard features

.
Base MSRP
$50,100
Space Gray Metallic
550
Black Dakota Leather $1,450
Space Gray Metallic $550
Black Dakota Leather $0
Dark wood trim $0
Premium Package $1,800
Multi-contour seats $1,300
Navigation system $1,900
Smartphone Integration $150
iPod and USB adapter $400
Satellite radio with 1 year subscription $350
Park Distance Control $750
Rear-view camera
With a total MRSP of 58575
I ordered in time for the holiday credit of 1500, I had a 3000 trade in and being new to BMW got an extra 2100 reduction from MRSP. My intention originally was to buy the car an pay it in 3 years.
The car arrived on the 31 but I wasnŽt home so I only pick it up on the 3rd.
That morning, my lovely wife suggested that I should lease instead of buying.
So at that price I signed a lease (adding 50 dollars extra each month in insurance for tires and minor damages) and the payments will end up being 856 per month for 3 year lease/15000 miles-year. the MF =.0024

On the BMW site, the car with those options and discounts, the lease calculator shows a payment of 725 a month.

Was this a fair lease, IŽll appreciate anyoneŽs input.

Well, it sounds fair to me, but who knows? Did you have a down payment, a cap cost reduction as they call it? Did you pay the fees and stuff up front or roll them into the lease?

The calculator on the web site doesn't tell you what money factor it is using, so that makes it more difficult to compare to what you actually got.

Thank you Luv myE92.

I had a cap reduction of 5000.

I wasnŽt sure about the deal, that is what I needed some advice.
