Calling all e90post members, New Years meet anyone?

Hi all,

I am just working the night shift tonite and I am bored.

I was just thinking that I have not been to a meet for awhile and I miss you guys and gals!

So I was wondering if anyone one wants to set up a meet (The first one for the new year) that is at a place so the members in west end can make it as well, because some of our meets are a little one sided to favor the members to the east end, and I know allot of west end members would come if it was closer to them.

Maybe we can cut a deal with a restaurant for pricing if we get a lot of members that want to do this or we can meet at a coffee shop, just some ideas.

So just putting it out there!!

P.S. I may set up another Dyno meet in the spring when everyone has there winters off!!!!

It does not matter if you have stored you BMW or still drive it, we all should still come out!

If it's somewhere east end count me in. I'd also be in for a dyno session. There would be plenty of Porsche drivers who would like to join as well if that's OK.

Trying to have it in a neutral spot so everyone east or west can make it.

I will let you know, I am going to check out a place on Saturday to see about using there place for a meet.

And since there is enough interest, too set something up that is worth wild to do and I think there will be a lot more members that are going to want to do it, if I can pull it off!

East End of Mississauga would be more fair for the east end folks. Even some where around the Hwy 427 area should be fine for the west end guys (I am from burlington and I don't mind driving that distance).

I think I have a good soluation for our first group meet.

MINI-INDY RACING!!

I think this would be good because most of the members have there cars stored for the winter, and I am sure we all want to go fast again, and it would be worth wild for the other members to go the extra distance to come out.

We can have a racing competition and have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes if we can get someone to sponsor it.

Plus the place I am thinking of is by the 427 and 401.

What do you guys think?
