OE BMW Washer Fluid - 2 for $6 @ Maranello

I dropped into Maranello tonight, and the parts counter has the OE BMW Washer Fluid on sale, $3.99 a bottle or 2 for $6.00 (plus tax, totalled $6.78)

Good deal for washer fluid, not even considering the fact its the OE stuff (bonus - love the way it smells lol).

No affiliation with Maranello, just an FYI to e90post

Every time I take my car in for service, they top up my washer fluid and give me what's left of the jug, which is usually most of it. I don't think I've actually bought windshield washer fluid since I got my car.

Then again, it looks like this could be a much messier winter than the last two.

taking this a little off topic..Is there any way of knowing how much is left of the washer fluid, I can't see the tank nor do I know if the computer has this reading.

Thanks.

The only way to tell you are low is when the light on the dash lights up. Visually you cannot tell as the tank is behind the fender.

If you are concerned about the level, you can just top it off.

My previous car told you when the washer fluid was low but it also had a dip stick in the reservoir so you could check the level.

I was suprised how much fluid the reservoir for the BMW can hold.
