Matches nicely with my red leather, looks different from all the e92s poping up all over LA, i love red, i love the way red rings look. Im flamboyant and can get away with it.

You would be pulled over in about 2 seconds after the first cop saw you!
maybe try amber, but not red |

As far as what a BMW is "supposed" to look like, well... i think thats just a matter of taste. For example, I find gold BBSs to be the worse things EVER put on ANY BMW. Some people love em.

it probably would look pretty cool--i wonder if there would be some sort of regulation in place where only police cars can have this kind of light--you might be right about getting pulled over....hope you can find them anyway!

yeah i believe any type of red light or even red reflectors need to be on the rear of the car. not allowed on the front. but i have all white signals and that's illegal too. so i say do whatever you like.

it would look COOL....
I'll look around for lights that might help you....give Sinchan a PM, he seems tobe the e92 lighting guru.

Thanks Ches! I tried about everything i can think of and found nothing. Ive found hyperwhite, yellow, blue but no red. Plus they need to be 30 watt bulbs. Sinchans thread is where i learned how to swap out the bulb and even tho he said "DONT USE 50 WATT" i sure as hell put in some that read 30-50 watts soon as i got my hands on em and got a warning light followed by the rings shutting off

i thought about this actually but im not sure how much heat the paint can take. the h8 bulb gets really hot. like, really, REALLY hot. I mean the bulb can melt plastic if it touches when lit for about 20 seconds or more. If i know the paint can withstand it and wont damage the bulb either i will definitely try it.
