I think the european release is quite sure.

Should be coming with the E90 facelift; so I would expect a fall 2008 release.

Well here is South Africa its on the dealers systems and reflects a 2008 release around March ... (the E92 release says September ... but somehow i doubt that a bit)

From what I've been reading, a fall 2008 release for the E90 M3 in the U.S. sounds about right.
