I tried sending them an email a couple of times through their website... no response

anyone heard from them recently?

tischer is a joke. ordered from them once, they messed it up, and ill never order from them again,

they told me they would give me a credit or something on a future order, and when i called to make one, they forgot about their "promise" to give me a small credit.

Joke? I don't think so. We're one of the most reputable vendors on this forum. If we made a mistake on a previous order of yours - I'm sure that we did promise to help you out on a future order. But if you 'called in' to place your next order - then you didn't reach someone in our department, and I'm sure that's why they had no idea about the error or promised credit. There are many ways to contact us outlined on our site and in Evan and I's signatures on this forum(PM, email, AIM)
