2011 335xi coupe Lease

Just got a quote for a 36 month lease on a 2011 335xi coupe (12k miles per year). The only options it has are premium package and M Sport Package. Quote was:

$4686 out of pocket (Total taxes included)

$558 per month.

How much better could I do on this deal? Looking to order this car within the next few days and I want to try to get the best deal possible.

Thanks for the help.

what did the car list for? To give you a better idea, last year I ordered a car that listed for roughly 55k . I got almost 8k off. I put 4000 total down and leased it for 36months with 15k miles a year. I also got the tire protection package and my total is 671.00 a month tax in.

Way too much out of pocket on a lease in my opinion. Unless you are really focused on getting your monthly payments down - I would never put down that much. OP - you need the Dec. money factor which should be .0012 (2.88%) and the Dec. residual of the car which should be 57%. What is the negotiated price of the car?

Check out this lease calculator: http://www.leaseguide.com/calc.htm

You will be much better off! Good luck

6 years ago I leased a car with the tire / wheel insurance. Never used it. I would skip that cost, and just drive carefully to avoid potholes!

To give you an idea, I ordered my 3 series at the beginning of this month and was able to secure discount off MSRP of $3,100

ok guys you were right way to much. Just came back from a different BMW dealership and this is the new offer I received:
2011 335xi coupe (6spd, 12k miles per year)
-m sport package
-premium package
MSRP: $50,700 + Destination= $51,575

I got the car down to $44,620 that includes some sort of MACO fee he was telling me about.

Anyway total out of pocket includes all taxes and first payment would be $3,170 and payments are $538 per month

This sounds like a better deal but I'm still hoping I can negotiate the payments lower somehow....

The selling price of $44,620 is only $500 over invoice, with full holiday and AWD credits applied, so you don't have much to negotiate there.

If the lease is structured with a base acquisition fee of $725 and a base money factor of 0.00185, you've landed a heck of a deal. Just make sure there aren't more than a few hundred $ in junk fees hidden in that $3,170 out of pocket, and you're golden.

Nothing down but all those signing fees which amounted to: 1,800 including first month's payment.

Final Lease Price: 628 a month... 36 Months, 10,000 Miles a year.
