Hi, I brought this from evolve 2 months ago, but have now changed cars! Te no was brought for a 320d e90 2006 163bhp but I believe the box can be used for many other bmw's my map is still on the box. I have checked with evolve and they are happy to supply a new map for £250, I am offering the box for £225 posted to the UK, so that is a reasonable saving over the club price! The box is basically brand new having only been used to load the map on and then put it back to standard. Any questions please let me know

That makes it £25 dearer than a new one your map won,t be of much use to any one so they will need a new map making it cost £475 a new one on this forum is £449 delivered

So I reckon you will need to revise your pricing to get a sale

That's strange, I brought it from the forum group by and it cost £550 delivered! Oh well the will buy back anyway so I will probably just do that

the box itself is just an interface that stores the map any new buyer will need to purchase and install a new map from evolve as i did when i changed from 335 to x5
imran told me they werent interested in buying back at the time and it would be worth 50 ish on the forum
would be interested if however the map on it would run in another car or whether it is totally bespoke to your car as by selling mine for 55 someone with an identical car would have a very cheap remap!

ie. will your map work straight away with my 2007 preLCI 320D 163bhp or could it bugger up my ECU software?

Depending on exactly where you are in London I may be able to try it (if it's wise to upload software from another 320D).

Maps stored on the switch boxes are TAILORED to each VEHICLE to car "x" map won't funstion on an indentical car "y"
