Australia Launch Date ?!

Hi all,

My first post in this forum!! Nice to know so many informative people here. Any Aussie here??

My dealer in Perth told me that the official launch date for E90 is 25/5/2005. I think the eastern states might have it earlier.

Test drive will be available early June

BTW, I am getting a E90 330i, my first bimmer

Congrats! I always thought the 'world' introduction of the E90 was first week of march 2005, but that's only Europe I guess.

I was told that the launch will be end of May in Sydney. I guess this will be our country launch date. :rocks:

I am going to an E90 launch in Sydney on May 26th. I doubt whether they will let us test drive the cars. Should be interesting.

27th of May here in Adelaide. Sickening how we get everything later than everybody else. :mad:

Jack, hang in there, it will be worth the wait. At least you guys probably get more options that us in the US. Europe and the UK has many, many more options that we have.

I wish they would sell the 330 with a manual gearbox in Oz.

Does anyone know whether they are going to offer SMG?

Just got an invitation from a dealer in Sydney for the launch on may 25 th,
test drives of the 320 and the 330 will be available the following week
