Dealerships in massachussetts

Any suggestion for a "good" dealership for service in MA or So. NH?

Thanks!

Norwoods body shop gave me one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

The Norwood body shop f**kin sucks, my car felt like sand paper. It was rediculous that they would give it to a customer like that. After wet sanding it was fine though, it just sucks that they actually thought it was done. shitty, I hate new paint.

When I was lookig to buy the car, the Herb Chambers salesman told me that if I do not buy from them, I cannot get a loaner if I get service there.

I was stunned. My brother has been getting service and loaners at various dealers back in Chicago and gets loaners regardless of the dealership.

Guess I will be going to Peabody regularly.

I got my 2002 325xi from Herb Chambers - I had the best dealership experience from them and I always get a 328xi Coupe as a loaner (although automatic) from them. Sorry to hear that many had bad experiences - I am curious what are the things to look our for.

make sure that they actually do the stuff they SAID they did to your car. for example, my father recently took his car in for service at Herb Chambers, and they charged him $50 to change his windshield wiper fluid. which is fine, except for the fact that my dad is meticulous, obsessive and NEVER uses his wiper fluid, so it was full before he even took it there. lol. needless to say he stopped going there

$50 to change his windshield wiper fluid. how much do they charge to put air in the tires? maybe they will have a special and charge $39.95 and throw in a free toaster.

I was going to say the same thing? $50??? Are they putting in liquid gold? Even the best stuff is $5-6 for a gallon.
