I have Venture Shield on my car (7 months old), and no issues or problems.

As for it being a DIY job... I have no clue.

This is not a DIY project. Too many problems (wrinkles, air bubbles etc.) may occur, and if you don't know what to do you will ruin the film.

The installer is the key to any clear film install. Don't attempt it yourself.

Find a good installer and have it done. It will be worth it.
