Try this company. the make shift boots, custom knobs, lighted and non-lighted, and E-brake boots. Not cheap, but it's all custom made.

So theoretically, I might be able to pull an E60 M5 illuminated shift knob in my E92?!?!?!?

i have coral red inteiror i think coral red boot will be too much better to go with black alancatra with red stithching

No clue on where to get it tho maybe check real oem to see if theres a part number available?
