Search a bit - a couple folks have done it, but not DIY. I think I remember 1 guy had it done professionally for $1300 and it looked absolutely fantastic.

Just getting the headliner out is a huge pain. Some guy did it with an E92 because he changed everything to black. There's a writeup out there somewhere.
