Looking forward to reading the reviews when the production version arrives next year. Exterior size is between E30 and E36 3 Series, loads of torque with the twin turbo 3 litre unit and a chassis tuned by the M Team and a manual box.
I have feeling this car will become the drivers choice of BMW range. It could also become a potential future classic as they probably will not sell many with the high list price for a 1er and styling which will not be everyone's choice. Except it won't be called a M1, so as not to tread on the toes of M3 owners, it will be the 1 Series M Coupe
