if u use H&R "race" springs, do u have to get new shocks and camber bolts? or can u just leave the stock "sport" shocks? and is an alignment mandatory?

What are your thoughts on using coil overs? I plan on doing maybe 2-4 track days at Miller Motorsports park.
Thanks SG

I strongly recommend coilovers.

If you're tracking, you'll need coils or cupkit - you want a matched set. It's nice to be able to adjust the dampening, though... so I suggest PSS9 or H&R PCS.

hey guys! NOOB question! I'm completely new on the subject of suspension systems...etc. I'm getting H&R SPORTS on Thursday. Question is...I have OEM 16" rims right now...so if I decide to change my wheels later...what would I need to do? Get a re-allignment, etc?...not sure. I plan on getting rims later on...just not now, but def. am going to do the drop!
