I'm curious about this as well. My understanding right now is that if you do JUST a drop on the oem sports suspension by installing just springs, it throws off the suspension geometry in relation to the sway bars etc. It supposedly hurts overall performance.

I have a set of these in my garage. They do drop it low, around h&r sport height. Koni yellows are a must when running these springs.

Im debating on these cause on the site they say the rear drop is only 0.6 inches compared to the H&R sports springs which drops it 1.2 im running 19x10.5 in the rear and its rubbing go over lil bumps or anything

Too bad you're so far from PA - or I'd sign you up on a contract to plow my driveway this winter

I have these springs on my E90 and believe me its lower than h&r sport. IMO its a perfect stance if you like your ride low.
