Disable seatbelt alarm idea

Just buy a seatbelt extension and leave it plugged in all the time. You can still wear a seatbelt anytime you want.

This one is MUCH better - CF and low profile & $11 shipped. I have one, but hardly ever use it as the older I get the more I realize my mortality

I guess the bigger question would be why would anyone in this day and age want to drive WITHOUT a seatbelt

In my area, I would say that at least half the people I see traveling on the road daily don't have a seatbelt on - the other half have a friggen cell phone glued to their head & drivin in fast lane 10mph under the speed limit - blocking faster traffic

If you ever do decide to get any coding done however, and you're in the tri state area, don't hesitate to pay Alex and Kevin@AKMotorwerk a visit. They coded my car with a parklight delete, V speedometer, and rollup / down windows from remote. I can't stress how fantastic these mods are. On the top of my list of the top FIVE mods I ever did- especially that front parklight delete and rolling up those windows and sunroof during a MAJOR downpour! Thanks Alex! A++++++ vendor for coding, lights, mods, cosmetics, engine mods, you name it!!

My car doesn't beep when I'm sitting. Only after driving over 10 MPH.

That is straight ghetto and prevents you from easily putting on your seatbelt should you want to. Last night I pulled off out my cluster (EASY) and pulled the speaker out. No more warnings for seatbelt or door ajar... so glad I did it. Took maybe half an hour.

Ummm, this is the cosmetic/ lighting modifications section (exterior and interior)
Arguably there is no seatbelt/ warning chime modifications section, but let's not split hairs

is that speaker needed for anything else....seems like the simplest solution.
where exactly is the speaker located?

That's a bit extreme, ain't it?
What else is the gong used for?
