Apex coilovers
hey guys jst wondering if you could help me with the coilovers. ordered apex coilovers from topgear in uk which were made in germany, took complete month to arrive and when they did it was incomplete which is what the garage is saying as they cant fit it on the car. so i sent it back to topgear who inspected it and said it was complete so jst wondering why would the fitters say its incomplete.
here is a picture one of the guys took. just trying to figure out whats missing? if someone knows about this will save me a lot of trouble kind regards parmz |

Doesn't seem to be missing anything unless its one of the washers underneath the top hat. There's supposed to be two. And is that a helper spring? If it is you might be missing the piece between the helper spring and the actual coilover spring. Other than that it looks complete to me.

I think you're missing number 5. I really don't know what plate your mechanic is talking about. Seems like everything is there.

I can't really see anything missing, other than the top mounting hat, which I believe you are supposed to take from your stock suspension and re-use it with the coilovers.
the black rings shown under the rear adjusters - those are the rings that go between the main spring and helper spring, right? |

yeah those black rings are for the helper spring and the main one. only worry they are plastic lol and also its confusing on why they would use helper spring on the rear and not the front.
changed the shop today and seems they could remove my stock strut apprantly the lower link wouldnt come off. not having a good time with the car or its just too good for these guys to handle |
