'Click' when installing D1S Bulbs?

Received my lights back from OSS today (They look fantastic!!) so I decided to go ahead and install my new Philips 6700k D1S bulbs since the headlight is out.

The DIY says when plugging in the power cord you should hear an audible click .. I pushed damn near as hard as I could, to the point where I'm thinking I may break the thing, but never heard any click or the power plug setting in place.

Should it click? Am I not pushing hard enough? Just making sure before I put everything back together on Saturday and the power cord falls out at some point and I have to tear everything open again

Test plug the headlights to make sure everything is working.

I guess that's what I'm saying.. With some force I can pull out the power cord (not easily) but no matter how hard I put it in it doesn't 'seat', 'click', or whatever you want to call it.

I'm positive they will work - The power cord falling out over time due to road vibration is what I'm worried about.

if your really concerned, apply electrical tape around the plug once fitted.
