I belive you can but is going to be really expensive. For the time and money you'll spend sell the car and get the one with the options that you like.

OH HAI I CAN TYPE IN CAPS TOO!!!!!!

to answer your questions...

1. You can add the LCI front bumper to your car and it will bolt on correctly. Apparently you do NOT need the hood and you definitely DO NOT need the new headlights for the bumper to fit.
2. If you do #1, you'll have LCI grills with the top trims from the Pre LCI grills on the hood. If you want the car lines to flow better, get the LCI hood which is bolt on too.
3. If you want the LCI headlights too, I don't know if its required, but there might be a module needed. Somebody can correct me on this...plus it might depend if you go with xenon or halogens.
4. The LCI rear bumper will bolt on the same. The taillights will fit, and everything will line up.

I'm assuming you are not referring to the Mtech bumper, but in the case you are, the same applies for the Mtech stuff.

^ what he said. all of the body panels are bolt on.

if you want to go with a "full" conversion, you might want to pick up a new trunk lid and LCI tail lights as well. the tail lights will have to be coded.

You will just need the LCI front and rear bumper, hood, trunk, grill, headlights, and taillights. Everything is bolt on. But some coding or module are/might required.

Simple and easy

regarding the front bumper, from everything ive read and seen, the bumper will fit without the lci hood. you would just need to modify the grills so it will look clean when the hood is closed. Also many people will tell you that you need extra stuff like fender liners, brake ducts, underbody shield etc, but you really dont, and can reuse ur existing parts. You might also want to think of looking on ebay for the bumpers, i just bougt a used msport bumper on ebay for 200 bucks shipped because i scraped up my stock bumper...i decided to do a little more searching, and found an mtech rear for 150 shipped.
