I didn't think about the error canceler, I suppose I would need that as well

I have an MTEC 6000K D1S bulbs that I used when I still have my E90 preLCI.
I can send you a pic if your interested. I don't remember needing and error canceller when I have them installed.

does your car have existing hid's and projectors? I've got a set of ddm tuning 6000k d1s bulbs that are a direct swap for the oem hid bulbs.
