WANTED: Boot Panel for CD Changer (51 47 7 070 549)

Hi,

I am looking to upgrade my car (E90 330d) to have a CD changer, so i am looking for the boot panel which enables me to access the CD change via the little drawer.

I am also looking for the CD changer and bracket at this point.

I could also exchange my existing boot panel for this one.

Well, here in the states, either Tischer or ECS Tuning (both sponsors) - don't know what shipping is like over the pond though...

Tischer is simply a BMW dealer that offers like 20-30% off on parts. Sometimes you can find what you need on eBay, but newer parts are hard to find - If you're not in a hurry, save a search on ebay and wait...

Just make sure you know the part number of what you're buying off ebay and that it is compatible with your car.

Ask your local dealer the part as I recal is about £10 for the bracket and about £35-£50 for the trim which comes with the trap door, I got one of each recently so I will look at the receipt when I get home if I can find it

not in a huge rush, but apparently there is a place in northampton (BMW scrap yard) which has the part for £25, but charge £12.50 for postage making it £37.50. but thats just for the trim.

do you know if the standard CD Changer can read data DVD's?

no it cant read data dvd`s only mp3`s.
