Anyone ever heard of Kyodo HID kits

Found this link to a UK parts supplier for BMW's. They claim that Kyodo HID kits do not give error messages when fitted. This kit is only for the E46 & E39 but I cant find any site for Kyodo to see if they have a kit for the E90. Has anyone ever heard of Kyodo or know of a website for them.
