OEM Drilled/Slotted rotors? In accessory catalog!
Hi guys,
just picked up a 3 series accessory catalog from my dealer... and upon close inspection... I just noticed that the E92 LCI that is on the very first page (inside, page 2, not the cover) has drilled/slotted rotors in the rear! What on earth is this?! Is it orderable anywhere? Anyone know more? I hope you can order them and this isn't just a goof. Go here: http://www.bmw.com/com/en/owners/acc...lications.html Choose the 3 series accessories catalog, flip the page to the red E92 LCI, zoom on it... you can see the holes in the brake disc... Might want to pick up a paper copy for a closer inspection... Or am I missing something? |

He's right. I see them. I'm sure it's highlighting the BMW Performance Rotors.

Here's a higher resolution link of the same image:
Yes there are drilled & slotted rotors on the back. You can right click on the image and select "Zoom In" http://www.bmw.com/com/en/owners/acc...tml?currPage=2 |

Shows the lengths to which BMW PR will go... Why not provide a kit for the 335?
Fwiw, the only viable OEM rotor upgrade is using the two-piece aluminum hat front rotors from the Z4 35is. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=433287
