Another BM not selling (part 2)
Just had a txt from Blue Bell, Wilmslow.
Delivery mileage 5 GT's - £11k off!!, Better be quick.....anybody, no? It's no wonder they are not selling, why pick the more costly, overweight, ugly sister

They are flipping minging. But I bet they're extremely practical.
Had one behind me last week for a while - looked like a Bangle-ised frog that had crashed into a lorry. |

They certainly are not pretty. Noticed also a local dealer with a load of delivery miles ones for sale at what seemed a decent discount. Have seen some that look just about ok if a decent colour and no doubt they are practical but no thanks.

I've seen a few on the road now and, in my eyes, they are ghastly. A bloated, over-sized barn on wheels. What possessed BMW to add a GT badge to them ???
I'd even choose an X6 over them ... No wonder they have to slash the prices. D.

Yea I heard from a dealer (not drugs ) that they had fell on their arse, app BM are going to re-launch the GT range in hope it will pick up. Ugly as sin car, BUT apparently a VERY nice drive, and stupid amounts of space inside.

I had one for a day on Tuesday. I agree that they're not the best to look at (and that's being mild) but as is said above, it WAS lovely and spacious inside and really did drive very well. I was pleasantly surprised.

I reckon "ze ubber Naff Niche" department will get shot! The GT Need more than a re-launch!
Seriously though, if you want practical you have the Touring.

Might be ugly, but with 11K off, it might appeal to a few more people over a 5...maybe
