Random items to sell locally

Hey guys, I'm moving to Denver Co in the next few weeks and have a few things to sell. First, I have 2 framed prints which I purchased approx. 3 years ago as well. These prints are in the good condition ; only thing is each of the 2 picture frames has a very small nick on one corner(pictured).

2 prints- $40 pick up only($20 each)

Also, I have a dining room table with a 'marble look' which I have owned for approx 2 years. The set comes with the table and floor chairs (4th chair not pictured, but identical to the ones shown).

Dining room set $150
I'm located in Cherry Hill, NJ.
