Looks like you can crank it up towards like 8500k before redlining

Same as the V10. Also disproves a lot of the 9k rumors that were floating around. It doesn't really do much to reslove the 404, 417, 430, 450 hp debate. All those numbers could still be reached given this new info.

I wonder if Jussi will appologize to those he made fun of for disagreeing with him on his engine facts?

Actually, he was pretty close. He said the rev limit was lowered from 9000 to 8500 in this thread: http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13203

It looks clearly like 8100 to me, but with the side angle view there is surely some parallax,meaning prob. 8250, just like M5. I was really hoping for and guessing 8500 myself (Ferrari territory) but 8250 for a V8/V10 is nothing to complain about.
