Bilstein Sports not HD
I have done a search with little success to find how I can order or find someone that can get a hold of a set of Bilstein sports for my e92 335i.
I want to find the sports because I think it will give a better ride than the HD due to its lower shaft height. If anyone has any useful info please let me know. Supreme Power lists the rears only. |

ive spent the last month searching and buying suspension parts, i only found a full set of bilstien sports at one place online which was supremepowerparts.com. and that was just yesterday when i bought the spring perches, their price seems fair at around $700 for all four. but i may have to agree you may want to research further i think with eibach pro's you may want to go with the hd's. from what i understand the pro kit is very similar to the oem sport suspension. i would get the discontinued bmw performance suspension kit with those springs personally.
i just double checked found all four bilstien sport shocks for the e92 335 on supreme powers website, it list the front left and right at $230 each. Last edited by brocklanders; 10-05-2010 at 04:08 PM.. |

thanks i was thinking that there really isnt anything else i could do to get a real improvement. where did you get yours, turner and bimmerworld are the only places i could find, turner uses diiffsonline and their prices just went up. what was gonna cost me $1600 is now around $2600 if my memory serves me.

I have always bought all my shock needs at: SHOX.com
Each time I get email quotes from different dealers... then they beat their price! I think SHOX.com is the largest Bilstein/Koni dealer in the usa. They even ship to APO's! The Bilstein sports and HD have teh same dampning. It is only that the sports are designed to work at a lower ride height. So... sports if your lowered and HD is your not. |
